MCRP desires to work with local schools and universities to create educational materials and learning experiences that will encourage a better understanding of our history. Our hope is that if we can tell the true story about our past, then future generations of Madison County will be armed with a better understanding of systems of racial injustice that exist today and be equipped to go out and to do better.
